My Morning Green Smoothie
Decided to get back on the health wagon and start making my morning smoothies with my Vitamix. I like to make up my own recipes which consist of whatever I have on hand, So this morning this is what I had on hand
Ingredients
3 heaping tablespoons of Light N Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Apple
1/2 Pear
1 Carrot peeled
1 Cup of Kale
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix with a little water and ice until smooth
Enjoy
